P.S. Those pieces of wood look well cut, almost pre-cut :) ... just kidding, those guys look like they mean business!

Believe me, those are real.
I can't even break 1...
Those are red belts, if they pass, they will get black belt(which is the highest ranking belt)

Anyway, if you are going into a commercial state, i don't understand why you are still using a body designed for newbies?
Must be an awesome camera then, to make you continue to use it :D
I say you deserve an A900!

Here are the pictures from the taekwondo grading held in my school. All taken at ISO 1600

I notice that they're converted using DXO ;)

DXO increases your camera's usable ISO by roughly 1 stop and it also happens to be the best converter for high ISO shots.

Well the Sony A300 is not supported by DxO, only A100 and A900. I shot JPEG with NR off(NR is still applied to Jpeg) then used noise ninja with batch edit.

The CA, distortion and crop were corrected by DxO manually...
Notice how the back ground is so bright yet there are no CA

The current version of DxO does support A200/A300/A350, although in a quick scan it doesn't look like they have those Tamron lenses done for it though.

Hi everyone, I just uploaded full res samples of the A380 at each ISO to our new flickr account here:

As I understand it, you should be able to view all sizes and download the originals if desired, but please let me know if this is not possible.

I checked their website and it looks like they updated it. =S
and yes, no tamron lenses supported. Only the Sony and Zeiss ones available. I had to manually correct it myself.

so basically Sony has reinvented the same cameras A200, A300, A350, with a couple of changes: slightly smaller size, a change to SD memory card, and a smaller battery. and they have also eliminated the adjustable color tempature in favour of presets. would have been nice if they had improved it , for example, the ablitly to adjust to 2000 K instead of 2500K.

it seems like Sony is fumbling around trying to find its focus (no pun intended).

have to agree with Gordon: there is no reason/benefit for existing owners of A200, A300 or A350 to upgrade. hope Sony gets it together.

have to stop grumbling now. cheers.
