I understand what you mean Sublimity, I really do. For discussions that aren't about upgrades, the various photography-sections are probably the best place to hang out. In a brand-specific section like this, upgrade discussion is inevitable... :|

Sonny, I like your pictures so far. The first one is especially appealing in a way, I like its composition!

These are the forums I love. I leave most of the photography stuff to flickr ;).

Uh, isn't Camera Labs a site DEDICATED to reviewing Photography GEAR?

Anyway, to quote Michael Caine in Austin Powers Goldmember:

"Its not the size mate. Its how you use it."

I still LOVE my gear though. If we all didn't care much for upgrading our gear, then we would all be taking photos using those cheap disposable kodaks and Fujis wherever we go.

Just food for thought. Peace! :D

Wait, so you mean you'd like to see sites like Camera Labs out of business?

I mean, how many in depth reviews can you do about a disposable Kodak right?

:D

I was thinking we could review some places in the world to get certain photographs, and what to prepare, etc.

Well that's our human nature in upgrading and reaching high class gear. not just in photography but to all things...

If we got the the half we want the whole, if we got the whole much beter twice the whole. Oh! man! we can't just stop dreaming for more! :D

even if we will talk to those persons we think they get all what they ask :)

Too bad! for us now our enemy is our pocket life line

You'd best check out other forums Sublimity, ones about travelling...
Camera Labs is a review website for a good reason, because lots of people are interested in reviews and new cameras. Not necessarily as an upgrade, it could just be a first purchase as well.

Now let's get back on topic, OK guys!

For your convince then, I will lurk. One needn't go into pseudo-rhetorics to justify their lusty discourse.

Hey, that can looks familiar. Did you find it too, or was it staged. I just came across the one you've probably seen on my photostream.

So nice to recognize stuff, like the Blokker!
Keep up the good work Sonny.
