Hi All
I am new to Pentax and recently got my K20D. I have been trying out this camera and I've noticed that when using continuous drive mode and having Aperture and Shutter speed set at a particular value using the dial, the camera automatically changes the aperture and/or shutter speed with each consecutive frame. This is very frustrating since I have no idea why it is doing like this!! Is there something wrong with the camera?
Please help!!
Thanks in advance,
Sunethra

It depends in which mode you are. If you shoot in aperture priority than you set the aperture and camera chooses shutter speed. If you shoot in shutter priority then you set the shutter speed and camera sets the aperture.

There is nothing wrong with the camera because camera is metering the light and how light changes the same way settings in camera will change, unless you shoot in manual mode. This has nothing to do with continuous drive mode.

What you need to do is read and study the user manual, nobody can teach you how to use the camera if you don't want to read the manual.
