Pentax isn't a powerful player even in the begineer area, why should them waste more resources on a full frame?

That is why Pentax is bringing out the 645D medium format in 2010..
Do Canon, Nikon & Sony have a MX system?

Says all that anyone needs to know.
Confirmed: Magnesium alloy-body :D
14.6 MP sensor (don't know if it is the same as k20D yet)
100% viewfinder
microphone jack
smallest semi-pro camera on the market
Weather proof
Weather proof 18-55mm lens
HDMI output
3-inch VGA resolution screen
Image Stabilization (of course)

Likely:
5+fps burst
720P or 1080P video

This looks like a competitor to the D300 and 50D :O Watch out Canon and NikoN! Can't wait til I get one of these babies! Think the pricing is in line with the D300, possibly more or less.
