Hi guys...I'm Adam, living in Brisbane currently, but will be returning home to NYC in a few months. I'm brand new to photography, having just bought my first DSLR a couple of days ago; a Canon EOS 600D with the kit lens and an EFS 55-250. The salesman had given me a list of helpful and inspiring websites, this being the first one on the list. I found the guides and tips to be really helpful, even though I don't really quite grasp all of the terminology and concepts yet.
I took my camera out for the first time yesterday to Mount Coot-tha and the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, and came back with a ton of pictures. I had a blast, and can't wait to document the rest of my travels with amazing photographs! I am posting a few in the travels section for everyone to enjoy. Critiques and tips would be appreciated, as I know I have a ton to learn!
