Hi folks,

Regulars on the forum will know that we often link to reviews at PhotoZone when discussing lenses that Gordon has not had a chance to test yet.

The good news is that Klaus relaunched the site yesterday (the home page is http://www.photozone.de/) but the bad news is that it appears that most, if not all, of the old links to the various lens tests no longer work. It is also unfortunate that the site appears to have been designed on the assumption of a browser window width in excess of 1000 pixels. :(

The tests are still there so if you get a broken link in a forum post you can search for the desired lens at http://www.photozone.de/Reviews.

Bob.

Yes, the site addresses above are working fine but here's a link from an earlier post for their EF 70-200mm F/4L IS USM review:

http://www.photozone.de/8Reviews/lenses/canon_70200_4is/index.htm

As you can see, it no longer brings up the desired page which is now here.

It's a pity Klaus didn't use the old web-pages to redirect to the new ones. Anyway, it's still a great resource. 8)

Bob.

I contacted Klaus on this and he admitted to not beeing able to keep the review-URLs stable. That's a pity....

Hi Thomas, you may want to suggest he uses a short script to redirect - if his server can process php, then a tiny file can redirect people instantly...
