Hello guys and girls, my name is Peter and I have recently gotten into DSLR's with the help of this website. I would say that I have always been interested in photography, cameras and making videos/films, be it from the Disney Camera I would have got for my second birthday, or the numerous 27 picture film disposables I have went through.
As of the 27th of October I have been a proud owner of the Canon 550D
(Rebel t2i) with a great deal of help from the website and from first hand experience with the camera, I also purchased the camera and some gear via the referral link in the "Support us" section of the website
. I have extremely enjoyed getting out and taking pictures over the past two days, if anyone is familiar with the climate or landscape of Northern Ireland, or even Ireland they will know that it rains over 95% of the time and that it is made up with mostly fields and farms, which in my mind makes it perfect for Nature photographs, and that has been what I have been taking the majority of my pictures of. I also bought the camera for sporting events and for taking pictures of local musical talent for a website which I am not entirely sure if I can plug on here or not, so i'm sure its best to leave that out.
Well thats just a quick background into myself and I am really looking forward to becoming part of the community and learning from other users
