Hello All - I've done a lot of research on this site for camera reviews and looked around the forum extracting a lot of uesful information.

Just wanted to bring greetings from Minneapolis, MN. I'm pretty new to photography so looking to learn and hopefully contribute to this site.

Hi Guys

Love your reviews .... enjoyed the Canon G12 today... although I am one of the people who do think its the ideal back up to a DSLR system ... as I dont want another system!!!

However whilst contemplateing a G12 .. I am also thinking of upgrading my lovely Pentax K200D .... and wonder where are the reviews of the Pentax Kx / Kr / K7 and more importantkly the K5 !!!

Yes please !!!

dpreview are excellent but I prefer more photgraph based reports !!!

Welcome on-board Tombell1.

Don't get me wrong, I loved using the G12 and think it's a great camera, but it's facing increasingly tough competition from all directions.

See the Pentax section for an explanation about why I don't review them anymore.
