This post may be of use if Gordon's video tours are silent when viewed from
www.cameralabs.com but play correctly when viewed from within YouTube.
Go to the Adobe Settings Manager's Global Storage Settings panel at
http://www.macromedia.com/support/docum ... ger03.html
Make sure the Allow Third-Party Content to Store Data on Your Computer checkbox is ticked.
That is the default setting so you are only likely to see this problem if, like me, you are slightly paranoid about who stores information on your computer and thought it would be a good idea to disable this setting.
